LEARNING ALL THE TIME
Right now I'm on a bit of a cut, I went from around 168 to around 164 since the beginning of April. Been taking lots of vitamins, and pro biotics, and doing lots of cardio. Trying my best not to loose lean mass by of course eating about 6x daily. I started around 21% BF and now I'm about 18% according to my crappy bio-impedance scale, that doesn't matter as much as how I look and feel, which is better, still trying to get those abs out there, right now still a decent coating of blubber I'm trying to burn off. I have learned alot about myself, what works and what doesn't, and how to get the most out of my body. I'm also trying hydroxycut to see if that will speed things up a bit, so far it does seem to be helping, at least with energy, but thats probably due to the caffeine. I plan to cut this summer and then bulk when it starts cooling off again. Still shooting for a lean 200. Happily with the extensive triceps work I have been doing my arms are finally over 15" just barely but hey its progress and progress is motivating!

You sure don't look like 18%. You got any side effects from Hydroxcut. One of the ones I got back in the day was acne.

I tend to agree with Mr. President. Your BF scale is probably a little off. Those impedance meters have difficulty separating fat from fat-free mass in individuals with higher than average muscle mass ...if you're takin' creatine it could be throwing the scale off too.
