Tuesday
Deadlifts 4x10-15
Good Mornings 3x10-15
Leg curl 21's 2x21 (this is grueling!)
Bent rows 4x8-12
Lat pulldowns 10-12
Cable rows 4x8-12 (hard end squeeze)
Standing calf raise 4x 20-25
Seated calf raises 3x 20-25

Thursday
Barbell shrugs 4x10-15
Upright rows 4x10-12

Seated smith military press 4x8-12
leaning lateral raises 4x15-20
reverse cable crossovers 4x8-10

If my ceiling was higher I would get the lateral attachment but its not. LOL

I'll have to look up a few of these exercizes but I'll deffinatly try it out for a few weeks and see how well it works for me! Thanks a ton
