WEEK 9

Hi Everybody

I should have posted this on Saturday, but sometimes yard work gets in the way and all along with overtimes in the hockey playoffs.

I completed another week of workouts on my total trainer. I also raised the resistence level up one notch for every workout that I do on Saturday in order to challenge myself. (did that again this morning). Except for only doing 30 chinups, I was able to do 3 sets of 12 exercises which made me feel pretty good.

Meals were pretty clean also for the week. Probably the only exception to the rule was the few hot dogs that I had at the hockey game on Saturday night during an all you can eat pregame meal. I also had to drink pop for the first time in over a month since that is all they offered (no water or sweet tea).

I found it hard in the beginning to eat 6 small meals during the day, but now it is pretty easy and habit forming (like exercise is).

I have to go to Memphis for a conference next week so that will be the test as for how much I can workout and eat cleanly (which will be very tough with the spreads that they usually have out.
