FIRST EVER BLOG ENTRY

Lets see, This is my first ever blog entry.

I am not sure what to write, but here goes nothing.

I have used ON products for a while and just found this website through there's.

I am basically trying to lose a ton of weight and get into shape while adding muscle at the same time.

For now, I am using the Total Trainer as my home gym (basically a better version of the Total Gym Infomerical with Chuck Norris). That is probably against what most people here believe and use, but that is ok. I have used it for a few months and feel like I am in the best shape that I have been in for years. My clothes are a lot looser and I feel great. I will keep using it as long as it works for me and when it doesnt, I will get something else. I can add weights to it(unlike the Total Gym) so maybe that will prolong its life.

So that is my story. I am always willing to talk to people and make new friends, so don't be shy.

Glad to have you here. If what you're doing is working (and it sounds as though it is), keep doing it. There are many more "rights" than "wrongs" when it comes to diet and exercise. The fact that you're doin' anything active and trying to learn more about what others are doin' to stay in shape, puts you in a better place than most.

This site is full of great, well-informed people. Take advantage of what you can learn from each of them.
