BLACKHAWKZONE'S BLOG ENTRY
ANOTHER WEEK COMPLETED
Hey everybody.
I think that one of the purposes of giving a weekly update via the blog is to keep yourself motivated to continue working hard. At least, that is what I think.
Anyway, I completed another week of workouts on my Total Trainer. (In case anybody wants to see what this is, go here http://www.bayoufitness.com/Detail.bok?no=15). I have worked out on this for eight weeks and have done the intermediate workout for the past four after doing the beginners for the first four. I will probably stay on the intermediate for a while before jumping to the advanced. I also walk 2-3 miles a day walking to/from the train and to/from work.
I wanted to type something for all the beginning lurkers out there. I also lurked for a while and it can be intimating reading some of the posts and thinking that you are nowhere near where some people on this site are.
All I have to say to that is that they are people too and they are here to help and motivate you. This site has been very motivating to me. If I can do this, anybody can. I was very overweight when I started and I still have a long way to go but I have started the journey and changed a lot of bad habits into good ones. Best of all it is free of charge.
Well, I need to go buy some peanut butter at Sam's so I will cut this rant short. Hope that everybody has a great weekend!
