WEEK 9
Week 9 is here. I have three more weeks until this program ends. I do have to say that this is one of the best programs that I ever been on. I’ll definitely do this program again. I see great results from this program so far. I’ll be doing this program around late spring or early summer, but back to training. It was an awesome session. I had one of my friends train with me. We worked out a few times together before but he was in for a rude awakening. We warmed up with 1 set for 50 reps of Pec deck to get the pecs nice & warm. The blood was flowing into the chest & pushing the pecs out & making them fuller. All I can say is “Wooooo!!!” My chest was feeling it. Lets start off with Incline cable flyes superset with Incline bench press & then superset Wide-grip pulldown. 5 sets of 6-20 reps for chest & for back, 8-15 reps. My training partner is getting tried already but we pushed each other to the max for a great pump & getting some forced reps out as well. Next superset was Flat cable flyes with Flat bench press & then T-Bar Row. Same amount of reps for chest but for back, we did drop sets. My partner had 4 plates & I had 6 plates. I wanted quality not quantity in my reps. My body was feeling it from the pump I was getting & I know my partner was hating me but loving at the same time. The third superset was cable pullover superset with Bent-over rows using underhand & overhand grip. The rep count was for 8-15 reps. My music is pushing me through this workout today plus some N.O. I felt the squeeze into my pecs while my back was getting a squeeze in my upper/lower lats & middle of my back. On our last superset was Cable crossovers superset with underhand grip Seated rows. The rep count is 8-15 reps with some forced reps & drop sets. We finished off with a great pump & squeeze into the chest & back. I was sore as hell after the workout & I know my partner was done too. That was one of the best workouts I ever had. We my friends, week 10 will be faster than we know it. To everyone have a Happy New Year & train hard with great intensity.

Nice work! I wish I could feel it in my chest...the bench, and my pecs are definitely my weakest link.
