WEEK 7
Week 7 is here and I知 ready to go to battle with this workout. I turned up the music to block out everyone. Keeping my mind focused on what I知 in for. I warmed up with 50 reps to pump the blood in my chest. Every time I did one, I knew I had to push myself even more. I was holding the contraction for 2-3 seconds and squeezing that muscle. Oh Wee, my body was in for it. I started off with the Pre-exhaust set up for chest & right into my back. This intensified my workout 10 fold. I want to blast and pound out the chest and the overall back. I知 happy that I took my supplements because, I知 going to need the extra energy. Keeping my rest period to 30 seconds made me speed my recovery time and I love it when your body gets hotter from the blood pumping into the muscles. Holding and concentration with each rep, I knew my muscles will be sore for a day or two. Some of my friends were looking at me and thought I had lost my mind due to my workout. I only showed them the fire that I brought into the workout. After I completed my last rep, I looked at my watch and saw that this workout went by so quick. I was amazed. I knew when I got home, I had to stretch my body out and recovery with some supplements and good sleep. I love every bit of what I知 doing. I値l talk to you readers in week 8.
