WEEK 6
Week 6 is here. I’m pretty excited on trying some new exercises. Sometimes, you gotta change it up so you don’t hit your plateau. After a birthday weekend, it felt good going back into the gym. I started to get into the groove of things once I came back in. I knew I had to hit it hard & with great intensity to give them a good wake up.

I increased my warm-up with more reps & weight. I was feeling great!! I went into my first superset with a different format. I started with a pre-exhaust with chest & then hit the back using a different grip. I do have this to say, I can feel it more than ever. I like the serious pounding I went through. I tried every superset with the pre-exhaust for chest & using different grips for the back & it’s awesome!!! I had my music going & I blocked out anything that would distract me. Rep after rep, set after set, my muscle could endure my pounding. I was stacking whatever I could find. My body was feeling it hard, but I knew I could push myself to something that I wanted to go through. Next week, I will be trying for something new & getting ready to pound this chest & back into submission. I do notice a few things that made me happier & others have said this too. My arms are getting tighter, chest is fuller & back has grown with thickness & width. I’ll talk to you guys later for week 7 comes around. Take care everyone.
