WEEK 4

Once again, it was time to face my chase for success. I turned on my MP3 player and letting my music control me. My hip hop & rock mix was getting into my bloodstream and it was time to take over. I started to work my weakest part first I want that to build up as big as they others. I felt good right from the warm-up. I started stacking weight that I thought I couldn't do & believe I was pumped that I did it and did it ease. This was a sign for my muscles getting stronger and testing myself on my progress. I was starting to give my grunts on the heavy weight I was pounding on. People were looking at the weights I was using and tyring to figure out that I must be psycho or possessed when I get into the gym. Who cares on what people think of the way you're training. Your job is to train for your goals. I felt this burning sensation that gave my muscle a surge of power & determination to take over. My Chest & Back have shown vast improvement due to the poundage of the weights & dieting right. Week 5 will be here soon & to everyone, Have a Great Thanksgiving. Don't eat too much.

Keep it goin' Biggie. Have a great Thanksgiving too. Oh, and it's a cheat day for me, so I do plan on eating too much :)
