WEEK 16
Hey guys, week 16 is here & this is my final blog about the Arnold Program. Every workout I got from this program was challenging but exciting at the same time. You had to take yourself to the next level & challenge yourself physical & mental to see what you can do in your workout. I definitely can tell you that you can be wider & thicker in your back while your chest, you can see the fullness & width. Plus, you can see striations in your chest & back. I took myself to new heights with the weights I was pushing or pulling, the reps & sets that I did. Many drop sets, supersets, forced reps, negatives, tri-sets, giant sets & pre-exhaustion were being used to take my body to the next level. I did a lot of pounding to the body, just make sure you stretch, massage your body & get sleep so you can see the work you put in. Make sure when you do this, if you can have a partner, great & if not, make sure you try to push yourself for the next challenge.
