WEEK 15

Week 15 is here and I hope enjoyed the super bowl, but now it’s back to business. My adventure with this program has been tough but well worth it as in result and seeing what can happen when you put two large muscles together. Every week, I try to do something different with my workout. Such as: more weight of course, getting the bang for my workout in a shorter period of time, and trying to recover quicker. I like to tweak it up. I like seeing what my girlfriend, friends and family have been saying finally. I’ve gotten fuller in the chest, added some width and thickness to the back, losing the fat that I had in some of the areas, getting separation and of course, overall size. I went into my routine like I normally do: Pumped Up!! I bang out my reps and sets plus cutting my recovery time to 30 seconds have intensified my workout. I appreciate the soreness I get from this. It makes you want to go back and push yourself as much as you can. I just want to tell you guys that if you need to try something different, try out this program out. My time is up my people. I recommended this program to people novice to the advanced. Week 16 will be the last blog of the Arnold program. I’ll talk to you guys next week and keep pushing hard for what you want.
