WEEK 13

Hey guys, welcome back to week 13's workout. I hope everybody had a good NFL Sunday, but now, it's back to work. I got to the gym early today and I put in some hard work. I wanted to hit every part of the pecs and back from all different angles. Also, I did something different. I started doing two chest workouts first and then, two back workouts & so on & so on. I started off with some pullovers. I opened my chest up for 25 reps. I had such a good and deep stretch to begin the chest workout. After that, I did Incline dumbbell flyes right into Incline dumbbell press for 4 sets. Squeezing the pecs together. Trying to get every muscle fiber pumped up. Now, I hit the back with great ferocity. I started with the wide grip pulldown right into bent-over rows (using overhand grip) for 4 sets. Holding each rep for a 2 count and boy, were my muscles feeling it. Back to chest, Flat dumbbell flyes to dumbbell press for 4 sets. Plus, you gotta flex and squeeze the muscles for at least a 10 count. The blood pushing their way to muscle and making them fuller. Now, back to back (no pun intended), start off with seated row to lat pulldown for 4 sets. My body is being punished in a good way. I finished off my chest & back with a superset of pullovers to back extensions. I'm feeling great. I felt the workout got to the point hitting all angles of the chest & back with great intensity. That was my day everybody. Week 14 is coming soon. Talk to you later, Ian.

Working chest and back is indeed some hard work. I believe Arnold did the same thing.
