WEEK 12

Week 12 is here and everybody, I'm back. I found a new gym and I love it. Today, I went to the gym with a sense of relief and a sense of mayhem. I got in some major pounding today. I do have to say that my chest & back is sore and tight. I know I'll be feeling it in the morning and we all love that feeling. For my chest, I did an all dumbbell workout and I used for the first time, Hammer Strength Machines for my back. All I can say is Wow!!! This was an excellent workout. I'm so pumped up that the pump is still running through my veins. I got every grunt and scream out. After each set, I'm starting to flex and pose for a 10 count. The blood was pushing into the muscles. Posing & flexing is a lost art in lifting. One thing I'm gonna do is extend the program for 4 more weeks so I can see the significant changes have I made especially in the strength department. I can't wait for Week 13 workout. Plus, all of my other workouts for different body parts. It's time to say goodbye, my fellow friends. Talk to you about week 13. Holla back at me, Ian.

Hey Biggie, sounds like you're on a roll! I'm not familiar with the hammer strength machine, it sounds like a major workout. Several bodybuilding champions I know of (including Arnold) would flex after a set to get in that last bit of muscle contraction. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your progress in the coming weeks. Keep it up, and keep us posted!
