I'm trying Arnold's offseason Chest & Back superset routine. I'm gonna try it for 12 weeks and I'll let you know how I'm doing.

Bench Press (warmup) 1 x 30
Superset....
Bench Press-5 x 6-20
Wide grip chin behind neck-5 x 8-15

Superset...
Incline Bench Press-5 x 10-15
T-Bar row-5 x 10-15

Superset...
Dumbell flyes-5 x 10-15
Bent Over Rows-5 x 10-15

Superset...
Dips-5 x 15
Close Grip chin-5 x 12
Pullover-5 x 15-20

Note: no rest between sets. You can also change the exercises to mix it your routine. You a spotter for safety. Have fun with this & I'll inform everyone on how I'm doing. Ian
