Hey RA Friends! Hope everyone is enjoying the week so far. Sorry I have been missing in action as I have been extremely busy with my sons wrestling season @ clients!! Things r going well for BSA. Currently weigh-in 305 an in great shape! I'm not looking forward to getting bigger but putting on Quality size where its needed...Its not about Quantity,Its all about Quality my friends! Looking 4ward to seeing all my fellow TEAM ABB /ON Athletes at the Arnold! Last year was fun@I can only imagine what this year brings! TEAM ABB/ON Booths always draws alot of attention..I'm Thankful@Grateful for everything@everyone in my life! Life is to short but Only The Strong Survive! Smile RA Friends@No Stress as Stress Kills@does a body no good! Live your life to the fullest an Keep working hard in all aspects of Life! Have a great day friends@Thanx for the Love n Support.
