7 WEEKS AWAY FROM SHOWDOWN AT NATIONALS
Whats up guys...Another week has almost gone by on my ROAD TO THAT PRO CARD..As many of yall already know ,This will be my 4th show this year..After seeing what Toney Freeman did at the OLYMPIA has giving me more motivation..He competed in 6 shows this year an his last show which was the OLYMPIA,He was at his best condition ever...So that has fired me up big time...My weight is sitting at 290 first thing in the morning on a empty stomach...I competed at JR'S at 280lbs,So everything is right on schedule...The cardio an diet will be the most important phase these next 6 weeks..Im gonna remain focused an just keep pushing..I will be GUEST-POSING a week out of NATIONALS at the EASTERN USAS IN NEW YORK...GOOD LUCK to everyone competing...Thnx you guys for your continued support...
