5 WEEKS OUT UPDATE

Whats up guys...Hope everyone is doing well an training hard...Im now at the home stretch...It 5 weeks away from Nationals an a very important phase in your contest prep..Alot of changes will take place in the body as well as adjustments to the diet etc...Cardio is up to 1.5 hrs an going as high as 2 hrs per day..OUCH..I do my cardio 1st thing in the morning on empty stomach an do another session at nite after training...Energy levels are starting to fade but normal at this point..Overall,Im feeling good about the changes Im seeing weekly as the show gets closer..My weight is at at 285 right now an my skin is gettn tighter each day..Cardio is 7 days a week,While Im training 5 days per week..I just gotta remain focus an continue striving..Its gonna be a great show..Good luck to everyone competing..
