PREDEPLOYMENT SHOTS SUCK

I just got a yellow fever shot for my deployment and my arm is killing me. I'm gonna try to go to the gym but i dont know how I'll do.

If I was you, I would not go to the gym after a shot.

Actually I would go to the gym and do arms or shoulders, it gets the blood move'n and the soreness will prolly be almost gone when ur done work'n out.
