ON MY WAY TO THE JRS
Im feeling good and have switch up my workouts to prepare for the Jr. Nationals. I realize I need to add some size so I have been training heavier with more rest days. After taking 7 weeks off it was hard getting back, and sad to realize I had lost some strength but now its all back and Im ready to rock. I love training so more rest days are hard for me but I use these days to focus on my abs, calfs,family and cooking pounds of food:)
Monday-cardio am and pm only
Tue-Triceps and shoulders
Wed-Legs heavy
THur-Back and biceps
Fri-cardio only, pylometrics and sprints outside with puppies:)
Sat-Triceps and shoulders
Sun-legs light with high reps and heavy abs
