WELL IM IN

Hey gang,

Sorry it's been a while since I've posted! I've been out of town visiting family and I had a photo shoot last weekend in Pittsburgh! I shot with JM Manion and it was great :) He was really encouraging and said it is a great idea to do the Kentucky. And since it is so close and I am in even better shape now than I was before...I'M IN!!

I may just drive down the morning of and then drive back after finals so I don't have to take time off work, and since it's the last show of the season, I know I will be OK if I just sleep on Sunday :)

So I am once again going to don some clear heels and step on stage :) I'm excited! Debra, you are right, I would regret it if I didn't...

But after this show, it is on to the off season. I spoke with my coach about it yesterday and I am very excited about the path we will take. I was never a big fan of putting on a lot of weight and this year, I do not have to...8 lbs max. It seems like I add muscle when I add weight but my body chews it all up as soon as I start dieting so it's just not worth it. I am gonna make some subtle modifications over the next winter and enjoy the fact that, by staying in shape, contest prep will be S much easier next time! The idea is to keep the day to day diet strict and structured (which I like...no energy spikes or drops) and incorporate 2 cheats per week (minor ones, just to keep me sane :)) I am excited to try it!

Next year I hope to come out in the spring and do a show on the West coast....we shall see how it all pans out.

What are you all planning to do next year?
