BEEFCAKE GIRL'S DORM ROOM

Hey guys,

As usual, much chaos here in Columbus! One of our gyms is closing and it has upset a lot of people's schedules! For those of you who have come to Mike's fitness camps, it is the gym where you train back on Sunday mornings :)

This is a highly competitive market for fitness facilities (I know, in Ohio! Who knew...) and it is a smart business decision for the gym corporation to close this location but it is never easy for the die hards that LOVE this place.

I personally will be making some changes too...luckily my client base is in another location so I am not too affected by the closure but I am mulling over an offer from the corporate world as well. Finance is my strength and background and I could really use a more steady schedule with some consistency as far as hours. I love training my clients but I think my body and mind are reaching maximum capacities with the lack of sleep and recovery! So I am considering my overall health and sanity in making my decision :)

WELLL....off to NYC!!!! I cannot WAIT to get on stage. Ironically enough, I always feel pretty relaxed going into shows when other things in my life get crazy. It keeps competing in perspective and allows it to be a "getaway" for me!! Last year when I won my pro card in NY, I was super stressed with work and such too...I had a mini meltdown the Wed. before and told Mike I needed to re-evaluate my schedule after that show. He told me "Well let's just go get your pro card and then we'll talk." I did not believe him but he has a way of knowing things and he was right!!! Stressed or not, it all worked out pretty well :)

CANNOT WAIT TIL THE WEEKEND!!!!! See you there Huong and Deb....then next week it's Atlantic City!
