I NEED SOME HELP

i've been really trying to gain weight for that past 2 months, with no success. Nothing seems to work at all, any suggestions?

hey man. i was in the same situation last year. i really wanted to gain weight and nothing seemed to work. i think in august i was at 181lbs and i managed to get to 200lbs in about 2 or 3 months. i just ate more meals a day with a lot of calories. the only bad thing was that i gained more fat than muscles first but after a while i gained muscles, too. so if ur main goal right now is just to increase ur weight then i would recommend that u just eat more. don't know if u already tried that but thats the way i reached my goal.

The suggestions made are great and I think you have a lot of potential to gain weight with a 6'1" frame. The weight you currently carry is good solid muscle weight. To make changes the diet is the most important. The combo of protein and carbs, and your feeding frequency. Next becomes your workout regime and amount of rest you get. Let us know.
