DONATING BLOOD

yesterday was the 7th time i have donated blood. Its such a great thing to do to help your community. You can help someone in so many ways and, to my knowledge it doesn't have any negative effect on you(except that you can't work out for a day :( that sucks). I want to encourage everyone, if they can, to donate blood. I wish everyone the best of luck with everything going on in the world with gas at $5 dollars a gallon and unemployment at its highest since 1986.
