wanna lose some weight quickly

73well my diet was doing great as i am at my heaviest ever this offseason (250 in the evening) then wed. evening i started aching all over my body, felt like overtraining real bad or something, then late wed night i am glued to the toilet litteraly..LOL i am loosing fluids fast and im running a slight fever. I have to call of work thursday for an easy overtime job cause i still have the runs...yuck!
well its now saturday and finally my body is returning to normal somewhat, i still don't have much of an appetite but im slowly eating a lil bit more food (i only ate 2 meals per day thur, and friday) im down to 236 and feel like a crackhead..LOL So now the goal is to get hydrated first off, then slowly return to eating all my meals and getting back to 250 ASAP. It really sucks to have things going so good to only fall apart in a matter of days, i realize that most of the weight is water but man i am feeling weak as a new born kitten and can't wait to get my body back to normal.

Hey Brad, You look awesome! I'm sure you will be fine. When I don't feel good I eat peanut butter. It is my comfort food and makes me feel better knowing that I am still getting protein. Hope you are feeling better soon.
