78I weigh 167 today. I just finished my first cardio session this morning, 20 minutes on the treadmill full incline. I am 11 1/2 weeks out from the USA and I really like were I am at. I have visable abs great shape and I can see my lines. I am still having a cheat day once a week. My cheat days have been excessive but it does not seem to be harmful to my fat burning. Besides my strength is just stupid. As in rediculous it seems these days I can just pretty much pick up anything. Last night I was doing over head presses with 100 lb dumbells. My diet has tightened up a bit during the week and is as follows:

meal 1
7 egg whites
1 wholeegg
1/2 cup of oats

meal 2
1 cup of cooked brown rice
6 ounces of chicken

meal 3
1 cup of cooked brown rice
6 ounces of chicken

meal 4 post workout
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 ounce of raisins (small box)
60 grams pro-complex

meal 5
6 ounces of chicken
or
60 grams pro-complex

meal 6
60 grams pro-complex

This diet is pretty easy for me I am not battling cravings and my energy levels feel great through out the day. I do chew gum drink diet soda and have a speed shot at the beginning of every workout.
I really feel I can win the USA and I am going to do my best to try and make that happen. Unfurtunetly my wife won't be there since she will be pretty pregnant by then and can't
fly. Thats why I am really thinking of doing the North Americas as well. The show is in Pittsburg I believe and we are thinking I can stay on my diet for a few more weeks so we can drive out there. We live in Pa so it wouldn't be too much. This one is still up in the air since it will depend on how she and I are feeling at that time but it is looking good.
