78Well I am weighing 195 and still getting leaner I will be starting cardio this week. My strength is getting increasingly better with each week of steady eating and training. Yesterday I achieved a new feat of strength incline benching 315 for 3. I like to do some heavy lifts at this point in my training for a couple of reasons. Most importantly because I can and it feels good. Besides you will never be a freak if you don't get a little crazy every now and then.
I have been splitting my training between my work (HAC) and another gym near my house (PRIME TIME FITENESS). I have been working out with a few partners for the first time in years. I have never been able to find a workout partner who can be consistent and show up everyday. But lately I have found my self deviding my workouts between two different guys each having their certain day of the week and time we meet so far so good and my workouts have benifited from having a training partner. The intensity has increased and it is a lot more fun. ( you know the old saying about the tree in the woods well the same goes for a bench press)
Well I am having fun I am enjoying life. I just found out that I will be having a boy in september. I am training for the USAs and feeling healthy. I am actually enjoying my diet. It doesn't get much better then this.
