the week after
by: V Delcampo - August 1st, 2008Well I am not a sore loser but I am very ,very competitive. So what does a guy like me do when he doesn't like the out come of a show like this. I tell you what he does, he goes back to the drawing board and make the necessary improvements. I will conitinue to do this until they can't deny me my first place victory. Now I know the level I compete at is pretty high so that helps with the living with second place. But to me I just got beat by another person. I try and forget about what contest I'm in at these things and just think about the fact that I want to beat everyone in my class and that didn't happen this time. So I am fired up. Overall I had a good weekend I shot a photo shoot with MDs Per Bernal, I interveiwed with flex after I got off the stage, and Ironman magazine emailed me yesterday for a bio so they can include me in their rising stars column.
I have an announcement. I'm doing the nationals see you in atlanta. If I can win this show I get that coveted pro card and hopefully Shavis shows up for a rematch.
Did you really think a guy like me being as competitve as I am was going to hang it up for the year with a second place at USAs.
Well guys I'm going to enjoy the next few days then its time to show you how hungry I really am. I'm talking hungry for a win here not food in fact I'm starving. Trust me know one wants this more then me and if they do they will be hard pressed to train harder, diet harder, and do cardio harder then me.
I am a machine, I'm like a computer program. just type in the instructions and I perform. I'm crashing this program in Atlanta in just a few months baby and all.
