life after the show
by: V Delcampo - December 11th, 2007I just turned 30 on December 6. There was a Time in my life when 30 was old but I don't feel old. Its just that number 3 that bothers me.
Whats next?
I am planning on doing two shows next year the IFBB North Americas and the Nationals. As of right now im resting I still go to the gym and train pretty hard, but right after the holidays I plan on really hitting the weights hard and getting back on a schedule and doing what it takes to give me the best chance to win next year.
