WORKING ON AN ARTICLE

791If you would like to give your input I am working on an article listing the top 5 favorite exercises of different body parts. I will ask about a different body part each week and when I have completed all major parts I will finish my article. The question are asked on the forum. Last week I asked about shoulders, this week it is hamstrings.

Thanks for the gingerbread recipe. I will probably try it next week. My favorite exercise has to be the stiff-leg deadlift because I like how I can feel the stretch in my hams.

Hey Sheila, my favorite hamstring exercise is the Romanian Deadlift. I use dumbbells and go pretty heavy as long as I keep good form. I also use low back extensions for the glute/hamstring tie in.
