Update Jan 1108
by: Joe Lyons - January 11th, 2008I did legs yesterday. It was the kind of workout that I won't be doing much longer with long rest periods and heavy weight. We did Extensions, Squats, Walking Lunges, and Leg Curls. By the end of the workout I was pastie white and ready to puke. It was a great workout, but I paid for it in the end. Today I feel like an elderly man walking and wishing I had a handicap parking sticker. These are the workouts I'll always remember.

Thanks for the update, Joe. I will be looking forward to following your contest prep and diet strategy. After leg day I have often been asked by my kids, "Hey dad, why you walking so funny?" My wife doesn't even ask anymore she just shakes her head...I try to get a sympathy hamstring/glute/quad massage out of her, but that doesn't always work...she must think I have ulterior motives. LOL

Keep up the awesome work Joe. :)
