I hope everyone is doing well! I go back to school tomorrow for what looks to be my LAST full semester of undergraduate! That's very exciting for me since it feels like I've been in college for 10 years lol. I can't wait!
Training has been going very well. I'm now seeing 240 back on the scale. Granted, this is a mid-day weight but it's nice to see the numbers climb. I'm at about a 2 lbs. increase each week. I'm excited since I'm seeing a totally different look at this weight than in the past. Definitely leaner, rounder and fuller! Strength is on the rise but I've been focusing a lot more on getting most out of my pumps and maximizing my time in the gym. I've actually been working out less in the gym but am still growing and getting stronger! Sometimes less can actually be more.
