Training update
by: DannyStevens - October 8th, 2008With fall upon us and winter coming close, it's now my time to hammer away in the gym and come back with a new and improved package for next season. I'm a dedicated person as it is but I have a new found drive that's pushing me right now. I don't quite know what it is but all I can say is that my numbers are increasing by the day and I feel great. I'm super excited to make some great headway this off-season.
I also went in last week to get my yearly sports physical and everything came back fine. You always want to make sure your numbers are in check and being proactive is a lot better than reactive. It's hard to push yourself to 100% if you have an internal limiting factor. I try to go in to get blood work 1-2 times yearly and I encourage any athlete to do the same. You can just never be too sure.
I wish everyone well who's prepping for Nationals. Keep strong guys, it's almost game time!
