Tips and rules that I try to live by

3. I don't waste calories on beverages.(EX : soda,fruit juices)
3. I don't eat the fries.
4. I dont eat bread unless there is a burger between it.
5. I do not avoid specific exercises no matter how much I hate doing them.(laterals)
6. When I sit down to dinner I eat the greens and meats, Then after I eat those if I'm still hungry I will have some of the starchy carb.
( most of the time I fill up on the good stuff first before I get a chance to over do it on the carbs)
7. This is a big one I don't drink maybe three times a year.
8. I eat every 2 - 3 hours.
9. I pack my lunch.
10. I drink my pro-complex with casien before bed.

I need to stop avoiding lunges and do them. Fries are good, but I replace them with a handful of peanuts or sunflower seeds.
