This is What my Diet is looking like these days

AM before my first meal
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Liquid L-Carnitine
1 Cup Coffee

30 Minutes Cardio

(1)
6 Eggwhites (1 Yolk)
1/2 Cup Oatmeal with 1/2 banana
3 oz Orange juice
(3) ON Fish Oil caps
(1) ON Performaxx Multivitamin
200 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
5 grams of Glutamine


(2)
ON Chocolate Mint Whey Protein Shake - 4 0z potato

(3)
Alternate between Nitro Core 24 Shake OR
5 Oz Chicken Breast with 1/2 cup brown rice
50 mg Grapeseed extract
100 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

(4)
ON Orange Cream Whey Protein Shake
Small Salad (sometimes)
(2) ON Fish Oil

***Train - While I train I drink ABB Speed Stack or Green Tea Turbo Tea

(5)
5 Oz Tilapia
8 Spears Asparagus
(1) ON Superantioxidant

**1 Gallon Water throughout the day.


Before Bed
Sometimes I take melatonin if I train too late
