60Hi Everyone,
I am now 6 days out from North Americans. My original plan was to compete in North Americans and then the Team Universe the following week. I have decided to skip the Team Universe and compete in Nationals in Atlanta.
This is my first show of the year, I would like to feel out the judging and make necessary adjustments for Nationals.

Today I feel very good about how I am looking. My upper body is 100% there, my legs are a sore from my last leg workout, they wont come down until the middle of the week.
My shoulders and my Back are definitely better than last year!!!

I went through the Normal 4 week out and 2 week out worries but those are long gone.
(Anyone who competes, has probably at one time or another, experienced a feeling of uncertainity at the 4 week out mark and at the 2 week out mark.)It never fails!

I am focused, relaxed and amazingly not really worried about winning! I am more excited to see how my final product turns out. Its a Mad Mad Science!

Have a Great Week!!

I'm glad you're focusing more on your personal accomplishments than winning! Once you feel 100% I'm sure you'll bring home the W anyway.
Hope all goes well, good luck!
