The new year is upon us. Resolutions and goals are made for the new year ahead... many start new diets, fitness goals and body transformations. Many people indulge during the holidays and use the New Year as a starting point to lose the pounds that they quickly put on. You will see hords of new members, at your local gym January 1 until around mid-March and then they start dropping off like flies.
