1290Summer is here and I have finished with contests for this season. This is a great time to be done and now I can stay lean for the remainder of Summer.

The Plan:

Meals-

pre and post workout 1 scoop of whey with Glutamine, BCAA's and Threshold.

8:30 3 omega 3 eggs and 2-3 egg whites

10:30 2 scoops whey with (salad or 1 tablespoon natty pb with rice cake)

12:30 8 oz chicken breast with Mrs Dash 1/3 cup nuts (almonds, walnut, cashew, mac nut mix)

2:30 2 scoops whey with salad or 1 tablespoon natty pb

4:30 8 oz tuna, salmon (1 tablespoon mac nut oil)or just fish only

6:30 2 scoops whey (1 tablespoon natty pb on rice cake)

9:00 1 scoop casein

Plain and simple, and I will throw in a good cheat meal here or there, and satisfy cravings. Like ICE CREAM, or some form of carb. This past week has been a lot of eating and the six months of dieting has made me a hungry man.

Workouts are taxing and I find that my body is tired, and does need rest. I have really scaled back on sets and reps and and pumping the blood around and doing some good posing sessions. Keep that body in motion.


Finally I posted some new Jr National pics in my dorm room, and I will get some others up soon.

Sean, once again congrats on moving up to being a National level competitor. Now things being all over and your post season plan is real clean. Ice cream is one of my favorite cheat meals!

Rock - Thank you, and thanks for following along with me. Long live the ice cream.

Jer - I have responded to the keto diets much better, I have become more carb sensitive with this type of dieting. So to stay leaner I will keep the carbs at the low end for Summer.

Jeff - We will get together soon, did I also hear sushi in the plan?

Luric - It was great to compete with you, and I'm glad that we got the chance to talk. You have a great future and you are a fantastic addition to ON/ABB. Have a great 4th!
