thanks for the kind words guys
I'm excited to make some improvements seeing as how I only had about 6 months of good training under my belt before starting this last prep

Sorry Ben, I was just curious if there was any other supplementation or food choices thrown in and how long do you run your cardio sessions on the days you do your cardio...?
Thanks...

I'll probably be eating more variety of foods from fruits and veggies, and I might try not worrying about counting them in terms of macro totals
if I want an apple, I'm gonna eat an apple, lol
if I notice the fat piling on then I'll back off a bit
in the next 2 weeks I'm probably going to be using Optimums L-carnitine tabs
they use L-carnitine L-tartrate as the carnitine source and when taken around a workout it seves to increase androgen receptor sensativity, which means my test thats freed up from lifting will get put to better use

thanks Joe...that means a lot coming from you as I used you as one of my primary sources of inspiration to get through this prep
next time around I'll just have to not skip out on the cardio for the first 10 weeks so my glutes come in a little tighter and I don't flatten out at the end from dropping cals too low
I'm a classic case of "do as I say not as I do", lol

Hope you enjoyed last week and happy trainings over the off season!
