Same thing different day

87Hey guys.

Not too much to update on. I've been busy getting my studio ready and it's finally the way I want it. Last week was my first real week of business and I'm pleased as some new clients have come my way, in addition to my regulars. Everyone seems to love my new setup and with the one on one attention, it's really nice. ON/ABB were kind enough to help furnish my place by adding some nice banners and other items around as well. It looks great.

As for my training, it's the same old stuff, hitting it hard. I'm training 5 times a week with little to no cardio. My emphasis is put into the weight room. My goal is to keep as lean as possible without the needed of added cardio. By doing this, when it comes to diet time, hopefully my body will respond better to the cardio as it'll be fresh.

I guess after cycling and doing cardio all the time, I've gotten a little sick of it lol.
