Planet Muscle

Hey everyone!
I'm finally home and it is great to be back. It is beautiful here. Peter and I have been outside playing with our doggies alot:).

I wanted to mention that I have a spread in Planet Muscle this month. I am also honored to have a beautiful spread in a South African mag....i mention ABB ON in both and ripped academy in the SA mag!.
