NATIONALS HERE I COME 7 WEEKS TO GO
Seven Weeks to Go!!! I am so excited. My training has been extremely fun and very different. I am working with a Speed and Agility Coach 1-2 times a week. Let me tell you, its tough. I ran track in high school and this type of training is bringing back memories. In the Gym, I am lifting heavy (but being careful). Would hate to hurt myself. I still have back pain from my herniated disk but I can deal with it.

OLYMPIA HERE I COME
Hey guys!
I am so excited because Peter and I leave tomorrow at 11:30 for Vegas!
We have already cooked up ALL our food and froze it. Man, that was tough with me competing and Peter getting ready for the Nationals...whew...ALOT of food is consumed in this household lol.
