Off Season and Photo Shoots

The NPC competition season is coming to an end with the last Pro Qualifier scheduled for Mid October.

I had a great year competing. 2nd at the Greater Gulf, 9th at NPC USAs and 3rd at the NPC Jr. USA, with noticeable improvements in each show!

I was planning on competing at Nationals and my physique was improving even more until I got the call that my dad was very ill. This of couse brought everything to a halt and although, he is now feeling better, I decided to pull out from Nationals and start my off season program with my trainer Kim Oddo. Family First! :)

This will be the first time I follow a structured off season program with a trainer so I am looking forward to improvements for next season. I will be sure to post updates and pics.
I will also be doing a few photo shoots in October and November to keep up the motivation. As we al know, there has to be a goal at the end of the line to be the best you can be.
