ON product reviews
by: DannyStevens - January 16th, 2008The first ON supplement that I want to discuss is Recovery 2:1:1. Waxymaize starch has really become one of the most talked about carbohydrate sources to aid in training. In addition to the waxymaize, the ratio of carbohydrates to protein in the Recovery 2:1:1 has significantly aided my growth and repair in the recovery process. The fast acting carbohydrates quickly get to muscles after a hard workout. I have also found that stacking Recovery 2:1:1 with a teaspoon of ON's micronized Creatine powder and a teaspoon of ON's glutamine powder make a terrific post workout aid.
The next product I want to discuss is ON's Threshold. I've posted numerous on Ripped Academy making the world know how amazing Threshold is! Beta Alanine has been proven to help fight fatigue in athletes, something we all as bodybuilders need. In addition to Beta Alanine, Threshold is comprised of other helpful amino acids that fight off unwanted workout fatigue and help the muscle building process that little bit more.
The last product and I want to discuss is ON's Super multi pack. I have always struggled to find a multi-vitamin supplement that meets my needs and my body will actually absorb. It's been proven that many vitamins we take are just being excreted out before our bodies get a chance to absorb them. I was really interested in trying ON's Opti-men but I am allergic to shellfish and the product comprises of vitamins and minerals that derive from shellfish. My next option was ON's super multi pack. I have nothing but good things to say about it! I have found that my energy levels have improved significantly since using the supplement. I have no need for my usual afternoon naps and am thriving from my increased energy in the gym!
These three products have helped me in my bodybuilding pursuits significantly. I had a hard time narrowing it down to three supplements as I have had awesome luck with many of ON's products! I didn't want to write a 10,000 word essay going through them all :) Thanks ON!
