Good to hear your gains Tony. Keep it up! Once the Ironman is over, we'll get together and pound down a cheat meal or two!

Tony,
Yes the fun of putting on size! Be patient and keep the meals up and the weights heavy. What is the weight goal for your mass phase?

Tony, although I'm not very good at it and have been trying for awhile to add size. I seem to struggle like you. I enjoy seeing my abs. I'm slowly starting to allow myself to be ok that normal BF is not 7-10% ripped.
how are you mentally coping with knowing in a few months your going to have to diet down and hit cardio hard to get the abs to pop again. i feel i worked so hard to make them show i don't want to go through it again.

Ben, for me at least getting in competition shape has always been easier than bulking. My focus now is to continue to add size in the major muscle groups. I take my competition prep slowly, depending on how much I need to lose. Right now my focus is just getting bigger, so whether my current peak will be 210 or 250, I'm mentally fine with that and I am confident I will be able to sculpt it down come competition time. It's all a shaping process. I'm just trying to shape a bigger display come next year. Don't worry about the abs hiding a bit, they will still shine through!
