New Competition Season and New goals

by: CindyMartinez - February 8th, 2011
60I have a great feeling that 2011 is going to be a great year. I plan on beginning the year with the NPC Junior USA in Charleston, SC. Last year I took 3rd in this show.

I am very thankful for how I did last year. The support of ON/ABB team c/o Mr. Corbett as well as incredible ON/ABB supplements were both huge driving factors in my 2010 success.I was very competitive in 2010 and only have room to improve!!!

What changes will my make this year to move up?
WEIGHT
I competed at around 109-112 pounds in 2010. In 2011, will come in around 106.

LOWER BODY
Need to be a little smaller to bring the backside down. I will concentrate on my quads and hams. being a High school track athlete, I always had big legs. Over the years I cut back on leg training and I now notice it is having a negative effect. So back to the track and back to emphasis on legs.

UPPER BODY
I made great improvements in my shoulders, but I now notice when comparing to old photos, I am slacking on my back. Will bring my back "back up to speed"

MODELING
In the past I did a few bathing suit ads and exercise TV show, I have not placed enoughh emphasis on my fitness modeling portfolio, so more shoots with repuatble Professional photographers

HAIR (lol)
I miss my long hair and I am growing it back. If its too slow there is always extensions lol

That's about it
Thanks again to all my friends and ON/ABB for all the support.

Team ON is soooo supportive! love my fellow athletes!

Focus and Train Hard XOXO Cindy
