My goals and objectives

by: DannyStevens - December 12th, 2007
87Hey all! I hope everyone is having a good winter so far and training hard! Things are going well with me. I was at the Ironman show this past weekend, helping out in the ON/ABB booth. It was an awesome show, especially with Jay Cutler guest posing. Take a look in my dorm room as there is a pic. of John Hansen and I there.

I put up a few new pics of me so you can get an idea what I look like now. About 5 weeks has past since my last show. My bodyfat is still fairly low (12% estimate), with my weight bouncing anywhere from 198 in the morning to 207 LBS late in the day. My goal is to hit the 220 mark by May right before I start dieting for the Collegiate Nationals. Keep tuned here as I will be updating with new pics and videos often.

I've been putting up some good weight numbers and have exceeded many of my goals.

Dumbbell incline chest press- 110 LBS x 8 reps
Dumbbell shoulder press- 85 LBS x 8 reps
Deadlifts- 505 LBS x 1 rep
Partial deadlifts- 555 LBS x 1 rep
Standing alternating bicep curl- 70 LBS x 5 reps

Like I said, I will be putting up pics often and will have some video of me putting up some P.R.'s in the gym. In terms of supplements, here is my compete list in the order they are currently being taken-

ON Super Multi-pack
ON Fish Oil capsules
ABB Extreme body 50 RTD
ON VassiveNO w/ ON's BCAA powder
ABB Speed Shot/ Tribulus Shot
ON Recovery 2:1:1 w/ ON creatine powder and ON glutamine powder
ON 100% gold standard whey protein powder
ON 100% casein protein powder
ON ZMA
