87School has started back up but training and diet is still right on track. I had a 505 LBS deadlift last Friday which was awesome. If I can get up to 555 LBS raw, I might be doing some powerlifting competitions.

Here is my Leg workout from yesterday. The squat weight is light as I was trying to focus on good form and used them as a warmup for my leg presses.

10 min cardio

Squat warm-ups
135 LBS x 18 reps (deep)
225 LBS x 8 reps (deep)
225 LBS x 6 (deep)

Leg Press
360 LBS x 12 reps
540 LBS x 8 reps
720 LBS x 6 reps
990 LBS x 6 reps
1,170 LBS x 3 reps
(+75 LBS for sled)

Leg extensions
45 LBS x 15 reps
70 LBS x 15 reps
95 LBS x 15 reps

Seated calf raises
150 LBS x 30 reps
250 LBS x 20 reps
375 LBS x 15 reps x 2
