Its Diet Time
by: DannyStevens - April 23rd, 2008Not really too much to report except this weekend is the beginning of the next 12 weeks of my prep! I'm actually excited and eager to get it going. I've met and exceeded every goal over the off-season and I'm super stoked to see my conditioning come in. I wanted to diet down from around 215 LBS. I weighed myself yesterday mid-day at 223 LBS :)
I'll keep regular blogs up, as well as pictures as my prep. comes along. With the help of my coach, I am going to come into the greatest form of my life!
