ITS BEEN A WHILE

Hey guys how's your training been ? I just got back from the OLYMPIA, the OPTIMUN booth was great as usual Bob an the gang did a great job with everything. I'm sure everyone heard Dexter Jackson won but don't know if you guy's heard about Steve Stone's passing on friday afternoon at the expo while womens prejudging was going on. Steve was one of the good guys involved in our sport, I don't think you could find anyone in our sport that could say a bad word about him an in our sport thats saying alot. I send all my prayers out to steve's family in this terrible time. Well I'm waiting for my show list from the IFBB to select my game plan for next year my tricept is fully recovered now so I'm ready to go. I wood like to do 2 or 3 shows next year I'v solved my eating problem my throat has been closing up on me over the years so I had a procedure to open my throat by running a balloon down my throat an filling the balloon with air to expand my throat to normal size again. Now I'm eating good again so hopefully I can put some weight on. Well as soon as I get my list of show's I'll let you guy's know what's up for 2009 until then TRAIN HARD CORE !!!!!!!!
