High Medium Low
by: Sean Royer - February 2nd, 2010Why the Rollercoaster? I have paired the high days to the larger bodyparts and the low days to the conditioning days. The weight now swings up and down. High days up to 234 lbs and the low days down to 229-230. So I prefer the high carb days, for now.
Exercises- the shift in the carbs did effect a little bit of the energy and the fatigue does set in on the low days, especially when I'm used to a great deal of carbs. Overall strength is good, and just mixing in new exercises to keep workoing those imbalances.
Conditioning- we are at 4 days per week and will go to five within the next 3-4 weeks.
Measurements- Still looking for my good friend to find some time to get me in.
Odds and Ends- Just starting to put together some music choices and looking into different trunks, I like to take care of this stuff really early. Not when I'm tired and depleted.

Cristina - Hey how are you? Yes the cycling does really have the scale on the up and down swing. The cycling becomes my carb slow down before the real diet begins. March 22nd, so 16 weeks of diet, that will put me right on target for Team U.
